. After the crossbar is complete, you are ready to mount it onto the support stands. Separate the
stands to the approximate distance. You are better off doing this step with two people, but the bar is
so lightweight that with a little careful practice, you can do it alone. Take one of the supplied washers
and slip it on to the top of the support stand screw post. Thread the post through the crossbar “A”
hole while holding the bar parallel to the floor. While holding on to the crossbar loosely and parallel
to the floor, walk to the other support stand and slip the hole of “D” onto the screw post of the stand.
Slip on a washer and, this time, tighten the connection with a washer and wingnut. Go back to the first
stand and put on the washer and wingnut to secure the crossbar.

. 2 clips are provided to grasp a background
onto the beam.
You can now raise the whole assembly to the
desired height for your shoot.
A sand/waterbottle bag will help weigh down the
support stands that are top heavy.
12oz Coke and Pepsi work, too, even unchilled.

By using 2 sections labeled “B”, the crossbar reaches the maximum of 10’.
The sections join together by inserting the silver end of “B” into the matching opened end of tube
“A”. You must press the protruding chrome pop-up button on “B” as you line up the tube hole and
slide the silver end into the receiver hole of “A”. When the pop-up button reached the hole properly
aligned, it will snap automatically in place, popping-up and locking the 2 sections of the crossbar
together.
