roduct is warranted to the original

urchaser to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship under normal use and storage as set forth in
the operating instructions.
Guarantee period is 12 months following the date of purchase, but not
greater than 24 months from the date of manufacturing. Service life of a
speargun is 7 years.
If Manufacturer receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a
defect in Product which is covered by warranty, Manufacturer shall repair
Product. This warranty does not apply to

published specifications.
