Operation

Preamplifier Output connection (PRE OUT) [TA-900MULTI only]:

This amplifier is equipped with the preamplifier output, which allows connecting ampli-

fication or recording equipment such as a power amplifier, powered speakers, active

subwoofer or a CD recorder.

Each zone is equipped with an independent preamplifier output.

The audio signal selected for the given zone (from the selected input) is directed to the

PRE OUT corresponding for this zone, and its level is variable controlled by the Volume

Regulator of the zone.

All sound adjustments (Bass / Treble) will affect the sound transmitted to the PRE OUT.

The output to the SPEAKERS OUT is still active and it works simultaneously with the

PRE OUT.

MICROPHONE Switch (MIC ON / MIC OFF):

For each ZONE you can broadcast voice from the microphone (not supplied with this

product) – separately or mixed with the background music from the audio inputs (USB,

AUX, MP3).

Mic Switch

OFF - the voice from the microphone is not transmitted to the ZONE

(the Microphone LED Indicator will not be illuminated).

Mic Switch

ON - the voice from the microphone is transmitted to the ZONE (the

Microphone LED Indicator will be illuminated).

If the audio input is selected (check “INPUT Selector” for more details) and the

background music is playing, the voice from the microphone and the music will be

mixed.

Make sure to adjust Microphone Level and Echo Regulators to control the microphone

functions.

The voice from the microphone will be simultaneously broadcasted

to all ZONES.

If you do not want it to be transmitted to a certain ZONE make sure

to switch off the MIC Switch for the ZONE.

Operations available only simultaneously for all ZONES

(changes will affect all ZONES):

Microphone:

This amplifier allows a connection of a wired microphone (not supplied with this pro-

duct) and voice mixing with the background music.

MIC VOL - microphone level regulator:

You can adjust the sound level of the microphone relative to the currently played back-

ground music.

To make the microphone sound more audible turn the MIC VOL knob clockwise (+) and

to make it less audible rotate the knob counterclockwise (-).

INPUT Selector:

For each ZONE you can select one of three available audio inputs (USB, AUX, MP3).

If you do not want to play music from these audio inputs in the ZONE, move the Input

Selector knob to OFF.

The Input Selector works independently from the Microphone Switch – you can broad-

cast only music or only voice from the microphone or mix both.
