BATTERY

NOMADE is equipped with a lead 9Ah / 12V lead battery making lots of loadings and unloadings
possible. When connected on AC main the sound system can work without time limit, while char-
ging. Minimum autonomy: 3 hours, maximum: 6 hours.
It is a battery drawer allowing quick and easy replacement if necessary. To do so, unlock the two
screws and disconnect the two power threads while respecting the polarity.

CONTROL LEDS

GREEN LED "ON":

- The equipment is ready to work
- The battery is loaded

RED LED "UNLOADED BATTERY":

- Battery has reached its time limit. Estimated working time left: from 5 and 20 minutes depen-
ding on working options. 
- If you have to use the equipment longer than the estimated  time  connect Nomade on AC main.
No working time limit, the battery is loading simultaneously.

ORANGE LED "CHARGER":

-  Nomade under power, switch “ ON ”

-  The internal automatic charger will increase battery tension up to its highest level +/- 13 V.

NEVER STOCK THE EQUIPMENT WITHOUT HAVING RELOADED IT. It is recom-
mended to switch of the equipment while loading to ensure a full battery recharge.

BASIC EQUIPMENT

BASIC EQUIPMENT

ON/OFF BUTTON

Use this button to switch on/off the device.

POWER SUPPLY INPUT

220 Volts power supply input. Allows working on AC main and battery loading of the
NOMADE. It is recommended to use the provided cable for recharge. 

1 COMBO JACK XLR INPUT

Balanced MIC input with phantom power.
MIC input via XLR-Jack combo socket, allows to connect one Jack 6.35 or one
XLR male 3 pins. You need phantom power for the microphone. Nomade detects
it automatically.  

1 BALANCED LINE INPUT ON XLR

Nomade is equipped with one LINE input on XLR allowing connection to one
Xpresso or to another speaker. You just have to connect the Xpresso Line out to
the Line In of Nomade. The sound adjustments of the Master are directly mana-
ged towards the NOMADE, including the volume control. The balanced LINE
input  3-pin plug has the following pin designations: 1 cable shield, 2 hot,  3 cold.
If you connect an unbalanced device we recommend you to connect the cold
point ( 3 ) to the mass. (1)

LINE OUT

NOMADE is equipped with 1 XLR line output so as to link it to another NOMADE or to
any sound system. Simply connect the NOMADE Line out to the Line in correspondent
product. The balanced LINE output  3-pin plug has the following pin designations: 1
cable shield, 2 hot,  3 cold.

COMBO SPEAKON JACK

NOMADE is equipped with a COMBO SPEAKON JACK 6.35 to connect NOMADE to a
passive speaker, ref: SP10, signal cable: CH15.

Never connect a speaker with more than 4 ohms. This could damage the amplifier.
