5. Troubleshooting
1. The power is in off position and no image
1) Check the power cable if it is completely connected to monitor.
2) Check the power switch if it turn on.
If the power switch is green, it mean operating.
2. No image and display Power Saving Off Mode
If the power switch is flickering red or orange, check the computer if it is turn on and the
cables connecting to Computer if it is completely connecting.
3. Lost the balance of the screen
1) Adjust horizontality, verticality and horizontal size.
4. The text is unclear or display NOISE
1) Adjust Phase
5. The screen is dark
1) Adjust luminosity and contrast
6. No image and display out of range
1) Check the video card mode if it is over XGA(1024 X 768)
2) After booting the system by safety mode, setting the applicable mode.
Turn on the monitor.
