Install created driver by performing following command from
directory where jetspeed-smp(or jetspeed.o) is located.
% make install

In order to load installed driver, use modprobe command
to recognize Jet-Speed
™
disk.

(1) For uni-processor
% modprobe jetspeed
% modprobe sd_mod
(2) For multi-processor
% modprobe jetspeed-smp
% modprobe sd_mod

For multi-processor platform
% make smp
gcc -c -D__KERNEL__ -DMODULE -Wall -Wno-sign-compare -
fno-strict-aliasing -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-
pointer -DCONFIG_SMP -I. -I/usr/src/linux-
2.4/drivers/scsi -I/usr/src/linux-2.4/include -include
/usr/src/linux-2.4/include/linux/modversions.h -o
jetspeed-smp.o jetspeed.c
As results of tasks performed, each module file is created
either jetspeed.o or jetspeed-smp.o types.
When command below is executed, information of Jet-
Speed
™
recognized by system will be provided
