only be necessary when the platform is empty. When the zero point is
obtained the display will show the indicator for zero.
The scale has an automatic zero tracking function to account for
minor drifting or accumulation of material on the platform. However you
may need to press the
ZERO
key to rezero the scale if small amounts of
weight are shown when the platform is empty.(when weight more then
10% capacity, zero function disable)
4.2 Taring
Zero the scale by pressing the
ZERO
key if necessary. The zero
indicator will be on.
Place a container on the platform, a value for its weight will be displayed.
Press the
TARE/UNIT
key to tare the scale. The weight that was
displayed is stored as the tare value and that value is subtracted from
the display, leaving zero on the display. The "NET" indicator will be on.
As product is added only the weight of the product will be shown. The
scale could be tared a second time if another type of product was to be
added to the first one. Again only the weight that is added after taring will
be displayed.
When the container is removed a negative value will be shown. If
the scale was tared just before removing the container this value is the
gross weight of the container plus all product that was removed. The
zero indicator will also be on because the platform is back to the same
condition it was when the
ZERO
key was last pressed.
4.3 Change weighing unit
Press the
TARE/UNIT
key three second, weighing unit will change
between kg and U

5. PARAMETERS & CALIBRATION
5.1 Enter setting mode
The scale has 9 parameters that can be set by the user plus a
method of entering the calibration section.
To set parameters or calibration, first turn off the weighing scales,
then hold
TARE/UNIT
key and press
ON/OFF
key until display show
“
F0 CAL
”.
5.2 Calibrate
After enter setting mode, the display will show "
F0 CAL
". press
TARE/UNIT
key, display shows “
UNLOAD
”, empty the platter, after
STABLE indicator on, press
TARE/UNIT
key again, display shows the
calibrate weight, you can press
ZERO
key to select calibrate weight,
after you select, press
TARE/UNIT
key, display shows “
LOAD
”, put the
calibrate weight on, after STABLE indicator on, press
TARE/UNIT
key to
sure, display shows “
SUCC
”, after T28 selfchecking again, T28 is ready
for you.
5.3 Change resolution
After enter setting mode, the display shows “
F0 CAL
”, press
ZERO
key, display shows “
F1 inc
”, press
TARE/UNIT
key to enter, press
ZERO
key to select increment, press
TARE/UNIT
