Forget your password?
If you configure a custom network password and then forget it, use the
T-Mobile Home Internet mobile app and reset the password to default.
1.
In the T-Mobile app, select the
More
tab.

Tap
Change your LTE Wi-Fi Gateway administrator password
.
3.
Tap
Forgot your LTE Wi-Fi Gateway administrator password?
4.
You are prompted to reset the gateway using the Reset port on
the back of the device.
