Making External/Internal Calls
Telephoning
Intercept
: The call numbers of “malicious callers” can be saved in your network operator’s exchange (if
this service is enabled). The function is also possible if the caller has already hung up!
Hints on Booking Numbers
■
Entering a booking number during a call is possible only if the system administrator has activated this
function for your user group. Only then will the
Booking number
menu item be displayed.
■
For external connections established by you it is important how the route that you are using for the
connection has been configured by the system administrator. Among other things, the system
administrator specifies whether a booking number is entered through the system terminal menu (and
therefore during a call). He can, however, also specify that booking numbers must be entered with a code
procedure. In that case the booking number must be entered before the call is initiated and the
connection is made. It is entered after the routing code and before the actual destination number. In this
case it is not possible to enter the booking number during the call.
■
You can also programme the function “Enter booking number” to a feature key (see also
starting on page 135). Via this feature key you can then enter the booking number
during the conversion. To programme, select the
Connections:
2ƒDial:
9ƒBooking number
entry
from the
Main menu
. You can define a booking number that will be saved to the feature key. If you do not
define a booking number, then you can – after pressing the feature key – enter “any” booking number.
Ask your system administrator how long a booking number can be (this depends on the system
configuration) and which booking numbers already exist, if any.
■
Calls made with booking numbers can be analysed with the Comfort Pro’s
Comfort Pro A IVE
web
application.
