There’s a problem
with the connection of
the indicator lamp or
the indicator lamp is
damaged.
Send the appliance to an
authorized service center
for repair.
Steam is leaking
during use.
Lid is not properly
closed.
Open and close the lid
again.
The micro pressure
valve is not well
positioned or
incomplete.
Stop the cooking process
(unplug the product) and
check that the valve is
complete
(2 parts locked together)
and well positioned.
The lid or micro
pressure valve gasket is
damaged.
Send the appliance to an
authorized service center
for repair.
Rice is half
cooked or is
cooking in
overtime mode.
There is too much
or not enough water
compared to the
quantity of rice.

appropriate water
