Congratulations on choosing a Comfort Open W 500 from
Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Com.
Safety Notes
The Comfort Open W 500 telephone is suitable for
home and office use only.
Never open a telephone or a key module. If you
encounter any problems, contact System Support.
Use only original accessories! Using other accessories
may be dangerous, and will invalidate the warranty and
the CE mark.
Never allow the telephone to come into contact with
staining or corrosive liquids, such as coffee, tea, juice or
soft drinks.
Only use recommended, rechargeable batteries.
Do not use any other types of battery or non-
rechargeable batteries as these may seriously damage
your health.
Insert the rechargeable battery correctly and use it as
described in the user manual on the Comfort Open
System CD.
The handset can cause interference in medical
equipment. Please observe the technical regulations of
your surroundings (for example, in a doctor’s practice).
The handset can cause an unpleasant buzzing sound in
hearing aids.
This device is designed for use in Germany.
