8. Cone for grating –
This cone grates to reduce hard vegetables and fruit to pulp, and soft or
cooked vegetables and fruit to a mashed consistency.
9. Frozen-fruit pusher –
This pusher applies pressure to the frozen fruit within the chute.
10. Frozen-fruit chute –
The chute confi nes the frozen fruit and aligns it to the auger.
11. Auger –
The auger crushes the frozen fruit and pushes it through the extruder/shaper
12. Extrusion/shaper spout –
The delivery spout forms the extruded pattern of the crushed frozen fruit.
13. Citrus juicer cone –
The cone segments and straining basin are the working elements of the
citrus juicer, extracting and straining the juice from each unpeeled citrus fruit, cut-in-half, with the
exposed fruit held fi rmly against the up-ended cone until juice extraction is complete.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
SLICER/SHREDDER/GRATER
1.
Insert the electrical plug into a convenient outlet. Switch – The off/on switch is spring-loaded
to prevent unintentional “accidents”, and must be held down in the “on” position for continuous
operation.
2. Slicers/shredders/grater –
push the desired insert fi rmly into the open end of the lower plastic
chute-body, and turn to the right until it locks in position.

Chute-body –
mount the Chute-body into the motor housing by lining up the black locking tabs,
and turning the body to the right until it is fi rmly in the upright position.

Place an appropriately sized bowl under the wide discharge end of the insert in the Chute body,
feed food pieces into the chute mouth, and push down with pusher to compress the food, and
force it against the turning inserta.
CLEANING
Never place the motor and its housing in water or other liquids. To clean, use a damp cloth, and
dry it thereafter with a dry cloth. All other parts and inserts may be cleaned by immersion or
spray, with a following rinse and drying, before being put away to ensure maintaining the useful
life of the appliance. The accessory parts are dishwasher safe, but any part that has an attached
metal component should
NEVER
be placed in a microwave for sterilization.
