1 Safety instructions
Warning
Before performing any work do as followed to avoid injuries:
• Stop the operation through the control panel of the air handling unit.
• Break and lock the safety switch for the air handling unit.
• Break and lock the safety switch for the cooling unit.
Note:
The images show mounting in a right handed unit. In left handed units the procedure is mirrored.
2 Mounting of droplet eliminator

Losen the upper carrier
The upper carrier is located in the roof above
the droplet tray, a plate that will keep the droplet
eliminator in place against the cooling coil.
Losen the screw (1pcs 8mm hex) that fasten the
carrier and pull out the carrier from the inner
bracket.

Mount the droplet eliminator with the opened gable
downwards. Make sure that the arrow on top of
the eliminator is in the air direction. Place the first
eliminator in the droplet trays inner part and pull
it against the service side, then place the second
eliminator.

Fasten the upper carrier. Complete the mounting
by pushing the upper carrier into the inner bracket.
Fasten with the screw (1pcs 8mm hex) in the
brackets outer end. Close the service doors and
start the unit according to the “Air handling units
Installation and operating instructions”.
