1. Stop the unit by disconnecting the mains.
2. Open the front hatch. See chapter 4.2.
3. Slightly pull the fans to access the cables.
4. Disconnect the fan power cables. The cables are found beside the fans.
5. Pull the fans towards you. Some force may be needed.
6. Clean the fans with a cloth or a soft brush. Do not use water. White spirit can be used to remove obstinate deposits.
Allow the fans to dry properly before remounting.
7. Remount the fans.
8. Don’t forget to reconnect the fan power cables.
9. Close and lock the front and side hatch and connect the unit to mains.

To replace the rotor drive belt
Danger
Make sure that the Mains supply to the unit is disconnected before performing any maintenance or
electrical work!
If the alarm

is raised the rotor drive belt may be damaged or broken, see chapter 3.2.3.

A spare drive belt is already placed on the heat exchanger rotor and delivered with the unit.
1. Stop the unit by disconnecting the mains.
2. Open the front hatch. See chapter 4.2.
3. Pull out the heat exchanger half way through to access the cabling. Some force may be needed. Use handles.
4. Disconnect the heat exchanger power supply and the rotor sensor. Both cables are found beside the heat exchanger.
5. Pull out the heat exchanger. Some force may be needed.
Caution
Risk of personal injury! The heat exchanger weighs about 25 kg. There is a risk that the heat exchanger
falls out of the unit.
6. Remove the cover of the heat exchanger on the side of rotor motor (2) by removing 12 screws.
7. Remove the broken drive belt.
8. A spare drive belt is already placed on the heat exchanger rotor and delivered with the unit.
9. Pull the drive belt on to the belt pulley and rotate the exchanger by hand. Check that the belt pulley rotates.
10.Close and lock the front hatch and connect the unit to mains.
