Installation
Getting to know your device:
The power cord and power switch are
located on the back of the device.
To adjust the device airflow, use
the fan speed control switch
located on the side of the device.
The Sphere device includes filters (carbon & MERV 11), Sail, fan, power cord, and one non-germicidal UV-A bulb.
Hold the bottom of the device and
grab the recess on the top.
Pull the top and bottom of the cover
to disengage the magnets.
Remove the cover.
To put the cover back on, position
the top and bottom pins over the
slots. Let the magnets reengage.
Fasten the screws.
Removing the cover:
Remove the screws at the top and
bottom. Note: you will have one of
three types of screws:
1. safety screws: Remove with
Torx 10 tool.
2. thumb screws: Remove small top
thumb screw, then remove larger
bottom thumb screw to remove cover.
3. thumb screws with retention clips:
Loosen top and bottom thumb screws
to remove cover. Thumb screws will
not come out completely.
