Quality Levels for Output Signals
Output signal quality level is determined by the quality level of the internal clock.
When the internal clock is tracking a reference, the quality level (PQL value) of the
internal clock is the PQL of the selected reference. When the internal clock is not
tracking a reference, the quality level of the internal clock is determined by its clock
state and its oscillator quality.
