Portal Pages
The Portal Pages tabs are used to control the appearance and behavior of the clientless VPN user
interface.
Portal Page Appearance—Organization Properties dialog box
The Organization Properties dialog box lets you customize the appearance of remote users’ portal
pages with your own corporate name and logo.

The news item General tab lets you display messages on portal pages for clientless VPN users.

Portal Page News Properties—Description tab
Optionally, provides an extended description. This information is useful to help track changes or it can
be used as search criteria in filters.
The maximum length is 20,000 alphanumeric characters.
Portal Page Properties—General tab
The Portal Page Properties General tab lets you completely customize the user experience by
configuring quick links that display a user’s resources in an easy-to-recognize format.
The resources to which a user has permissions are displayed in structured lists that are organized into
categories. These links let users access resources without knowing the URL.

Field Description
Organization name Organization name you want to appear on the user sign-on screen.
The maximum length is 200 characters.
Logo Searches for a graphics file (in .gif, .jpg, or .png format) to display a corporate logo on the
remote user sign-on screen.
The maximum file size is 250 KB.
Preview Previews the appearance of the corporate logo.
Revert to default Returns to the default appearance of the portal page.

Expiration date Last date that you want the news item on this page to appear.
News item Messages to display to clientless VPN users when they log on.
