Clientless VPN Role Properties—General tab
Roles let you assign users access privileges and customized portal pages based on a user’s function
within an organization.
You use the General tab to name the role and associate it with an authentication server.

The Role Selection dialog box lets you select a role to serve as a parent to another role.

Role type.
The role type options include:

User

Group
■
Custom role
The default is Group.
Name
A unique name for the clientless VPN role.
The maximum length is 256 characters.
Allowed characters are a-z, A-Z, numerals, periods (.), dashes (-), and underscores (_).
Do not include spaces in the name. The characters @, !, #, $, %,
^
, &, *, <, >, and other
reserved characters are also invalid.
Authentication
server
Authentication server for the role.
Parent role(s)
Role that serves as parent role to the new role.
Client compliance
level
Select the appropriate client compliance setting: Deny, Warn, or Ignore.
The default is Ignore.
