Step 3: Attach back centre post [L] and front centre posts [M] to the openings of base
panel [B] as shown in Fig. C. After panel [B] has been properly placed, attach
back post cover [J] to back center post [L]. Attach front post covers [K] to front
centre posts [M]. Slide the post covers [J] and [K] over the posts until they rest on
the base panel [B].

Step 4: Carefully place the insert onto base panel [B]. Insert the four long screws [W]
through the bottom opening of insert and base panel [B], then attach a small
washer [S-1] and a small nut [R] to the end of each long screw [W]. Tighten with a
screwdriver and wrench [Y]. See Fig. D.
NOTE:
If you have difficulty putting the nuts and washers under the base panel, lift the
base about 4 inches off the floor and support the unit securely at this height with
some solid blocks. Then tightly secure the screws with nuts and washers. Keep
the unit stable at all times. Carefully return the unit to normal position after the
fireplace insert has been installed.

Step 5: Slide middle back post [F] over the back centre post [L]. Slide middle front posts
[G] over front centre posts [M]. See Fig. E.

Step 6: Attach upper back post cover [J-1] to middle back post [F]. Attach front post
covers [K] to middle front post [G]. Attach top panel [A] onto middle front posts
[G] and middle back post [F] so that the extruded ends of the centre posts pass
through the openings of top panel [A].

Step 7: Attach upper back post cover [J-1] to the extruded end of back centre post [L].
Attach upper back post [E] to top panel [A] by turning it to the extruded end of
back centre post [L] until it is fully tightened. Attach post caps [O] to top panel.

Do not over-tighten the post, otherwise the external surface of top panel
will be damaged.
