ADDING AN ACCESSORY(OPTIONAL):
Adding Wire Guard and Top Visor Accessory (Sold Separately)
After step 6 in “Installation”, disconnect the wiring and remove the front housing.
a) Remove brackets from accessory bag. Align top brackets (small brackets) with pre-drilled holes on top face of housing. Clip the wire
guard brackets in the proper location on the wire guard. Next attach side brackets (large brackets) at the mid point on each side of the
wire guard.
b) Place wire guard or top visor over fixture ensuring the top brackets line up with the pre-drilled holes in fixture housing and that the wire
guard/top visor sits flush with the face of the fixture housing. Mark drill points on both sides of the housing where each bracket will
attach to the housing. Using a #16 or #18 drill bit, drill the marked holes (C).
c) Using the parts listed in group B, attach small, top brackets to the front face of the housing. Flat gasket should be placed between the
brackets and housing as illustrated. Hand tighten, then torque an extra 1/2 turn. Attach large, side brackets to fixture using the group
A parts in the order shown in Figure 1. To waterproof, apply silicone around the hex nut inside of the fixture. Hand tighten, torque an
extra 1/2 turn.
IMPORTANT:
To weather-proof your outdoor installation, use silicone sealant to seal all holes in the fixture housing (mounting, conduit, plugs,
photocontrols, etc.) and all edges between the fixture housing and the mounting surface.
NOTE:
Driver is designed for 120-277 VAC without any change in wiring.
INTEGRAL PHOTOCONTROL (Optional)
This fixture may be shipped with an optional integral multi-volt photocontrol. This does not change the installation above -
the
photocontrol is pre-wired.
TROUBLE SHOOTING CHECKLIST: If luminaire does not work
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• To maintain the fixture efficacy occasional cleaning of the outer lens surface may be needed.
• Use a mild soap or detergent, which is essentially neutral pH (pH approximately 6 to 8), nonabrasive, and
which contains no chlorinated or aromatic hydrocarbons.
• Wash thoroughly, using a soft cloth.
• Rinse with clean, cold water and wipe dry.
– Check your power source.
– Check electrical connections.

After Step 8 on page 2, use a flat head screw driver to remove desired knockout.

Before closing the luminaire remove desired knockout from housing if necessary.
Resume with step 9 on page 2 assuring the through wire conduit connector fits properly.
