8 Hardware

8.1 Status light indicators

Light

Description

OFF

No power to socket.

No power to connected loads.

ON

Power to socket.

Waiting for Wi-Fi connection.

Open for pairing.

8.2 Power ON/OFF

Press the power button to switch all sockets ON/OFF.

8.3 Reset device / open for pairing

Used when device is not functioning correctly, or you would like to make it available for pairing with the
application.

Press and hold the reset button until it flashes.

9 Application "Smart Life - Smart Living"

9.1 Download application

Compatible Android

TM

 and iOS apps are available from their respective app stores.

Search for “Smart Life - Smart Living”.

9.2 Connection tips

Important:

– The product is compatible with 2.4 GHz networks.

– Enter the exact network name (case sensitive).

– Connect the mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network the product will connect to.

– If you are giving the product to a third party you did not “Share Device” with, you may need to “Re-

move Device” through the application before they can link it to their account.

9.3 Automatic connection methods

The product can be linked to the application automatically via Bluetooth®.
The option to connect may appear automatically or accessed through the following connection pathway:
All Devices → Add Device → Auto Scan.

1. Open the application and log in.
2. Navigate to: All Devices → Add Device.
3. Select “Add Device” and follow the on-screen instructions.

9.4 Manual connection methods

If you cannot link the product to the application automatically, try connecting manually.

Connection pathway: All Devices → Add Device → Add Manually → Electrical → Socket (Wi-Fi).

10 Cleaning and care

Important:

– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions. They damage

the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.

– Do not immerse the product in water.

1. Disconnect the product from the power supply.
2. Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.

11 Disposal

This symbol must appear on any electrical and electronic equipment placed on the EU mar-
ket. This symbol indicates that this device should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal
waste at the end of its service life.
Owners of WEEE shall dispose of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. Spent batter-
ies and accumulators, which are not enclosed by the WEEE, as well as lamps that can be re-
moved from the WEEE in a non-destructive manner, must be removed by end users from the
WEEE in a non-destructive manner before it is handed over to a collection point.

Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to provide free take-back of waste.
