7 First-time operation
When using the product for the first time, you must fully charge the backup battery and do
a reset to be able to configure the timer.
1. Connect the product to the mains power supply and charge the product for 6 hours.
2. When charging is complete, press the
RESET
button to turn on the product.

The product is reset and ready to be programmed.
8 Operation
The product has 4 functions you can configure:
Clock mode (TIM)
Automatic on/off (AUTO)
Countdown mode (CTD)
Random mode (RND)
8.1 Clock mode (TIM)
Before using the product, set the current time.
1. Press
MODE
to switch between modes and select
TIM
.
2. Press
CLOCK
to enter clock setting mode, then press
WEEK / HOUR / MIN
to set the
current time and day of the week.
3. Press
CLOCK
to confirm and exit.
In Clock mode, press
ENTER
and the screen displays
ON
which indicates the power is on
and the external equipment has been powered on.
In Clock mode, press
ENTER
and the screen displays
OFF
which indicates the power is off
and the external equipment is not powered on.
8.2 Automatic on/off mode (AUTO)
The automatic on/off mode allows you to set up to 16 on/off programs per day.
1. Press
MODE
to switch between different modes and select
AUTO
.
2. Press
CLOCK
and set the start time of Program 1. Press
WEEK / HOUR / MIN
, then press
ENTER
to confirm.
3.
Set the finish time of Program 1. Press
WEEK / HOUR / MIN
, then press
ENTER
to confirm.

The display will show the setting screen of Program 2.
4. To clear incorrect data input, press
CLEAR
.
5. When the program(s) has been set, press
MODE
to save and exit.
To delete a program, return to the main menu and press
CLOCK
.
The program which has
been set will display, press
CLEAR
to delete the program.
8.3 Countdown mode (CTD)
The countdown time range is 0:00 - 99:99.
1. Press
MODE
to switch between modes and select
CTD
.
2. Press
HOUR
and
MIN
to set the countdown timer, then press
ENTER
to confirm.
Æ
The display will show
ON
and the countdown will start.
3. To clear incorrect data input, press
CLEAR
.

When the countdown reaches 0:00, the product will display
OFF
to indicate the countdown
is complete and can be reset.
8.4 Random mode (RND)
In random mode, active programs between 19:00 and 6:00 the next morning will switch off at
random times to give the impression that the house is occupied.
1. Press
MODE
to switch between modes and select
RND
.
2. Press
ENTER
to activate the random mode.

The
RND
display will flash.
8.5 Turn the digital weekly timer off
When not in use, it is recommended to switch the product off. This can help reduce battery
consumption and protect the life of the battery.
Note:
The product cannot be turned off if a program is set.
1. Press
MODE
to switch between modes and select
TIM
.
2. Press
CLEAR
and
ENTER
together and the product will turn off.
8.6 Resetting
To clear all stored configurations reset the product.
1. Press
RESET
to reset the product.
9 Cleaning and care
Important:
– Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions.
They damage the housing and can cause the product to malfunction.
– Do not immerse the product in water.
1. Disconnect the product from the power supply.
2.
Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
10 Disposal
This symbol must appear on any electrical and electronic equipment placed on the
EU market. This symbol indicates that this device should not be disposed of as
unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Owners of WEEE (Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment) shall dispose
of it separately from unsorted municipal waste. Spent batteries and accumulators,
which are not enclosed by the WEEE, as well as lamps that can be removed from
the WEEE in a non-destructive manner, must be removed by end users from the
WEEE in a non-destructive manner before it is handed over to a collection point.
Distributors of electrical and electronic equipment are legally obliged to provide free take-back
