Ring Back
• The number you have dialled is busy, you hear the busy tone.
• As soon as the call duration is displayed (after approx. 10 sec) press softkey
Option .
• Select
Ring Back
and press OK . The ringer is played as soon as the called party
has replaced the receiver i.e. as soon as his or her line becomes free.
System Settings
• Press Menu , select
Settings/System
and press OK .
• Select a function from the list using the navigation keys

– Set date and time

– Select the desired language.
Handset settings
• Press Menu , select
Settings/Handset
and press OK .
• Select a function from the list using the navigation keys

Quick Dial
– You can assign the 3 most used numbers to the 3 speed dial keys
and then call these numbers by pressing the corresponding key.

Ring Signal
– Select the desired ringer melody and volume for the handset as
well as the optical call signalisation (Flash LED).

Tones
– Activate or deactivate the following options:
- Key beeps
– Every time a key is pressed, a brief beep is heard.
- No Coverage
– A warning beep is sounded if you exceed the maximum
range.
- Low Battery
– The batteries are almost empty. Insert the handset in the
base station for charging.
- Confirmation
– Settings and entries are confirmed by a short beep.

Contrast
– Set the desired display contrast.

Register HS
– Accessory handsets must be registered to the base station (see
chapter “Register new handsets”).

Deregist. HS
– Select the handset you want to deregister.

Default Res.
– Reset handset.
