Time Setti  ng

•  Gently unscrew crown counter-clockwise and/or pull out the crown all the way to Positi on 3.
•  Adjust the ti me by turning the crown in the desired directi on.
•  Gently push in and/or screw down the crown clockwise back into Normal Positi on.

Date Setti  ng

•  Gently unscrew crown counter-clockwise and/or pull out the crown to Positi on 2.
•  Adjust the date by turning the crown clockwise to set date.
•  Gently push in and/or screw down the crown clockwise back into Normal Positi on.

Measuring Cumulati ve Times

 

Note: Aft er 2 hours of conti nuous

running, the chronograph stops and

resets automati cally to save batt ery.
