Assembly Instructions
Note. Right and Left direction are from the operator position. The lower skid plate, If so equipped, may need
to be removed. Please retain plate and hardware to be reinstalled if the plate is removed..
This kit has been designed to fit a variety of ATV’s. Please determine which of the below mounting
method fits your model.
1.
Remove your skid plate if so equipped. Lay the skid plate on top of the mounting plate and
align hole “A”. If the Skid plate mounting holes line up with the other holes in the plate, go to
step 2, If not, go to step 3.
2.
Place the plate against the frame and install the M8 Bolts with washers supplied. Item 7 & 3.
Tighten bolts securely.
3.
Mounting to the Frame with U bolts. Place plate against the bottom of the frame and locate the
U bolts. Attach the washers and nuts Items 3 & 4. Snug all bolts and check for alignment. If
straight on the frame tighten all hardware.
