Make sure you have the proper water level.
Make sure there is nothing blocking the rear grille.
Did you lubricate the paddlewheel shaft bearings? (See maintenance section.)

If air is getting "sucked" into the paddlewheel, causing air bubbles to flow
through the system and exit out the front grille into the swim area:
Check to make sure nothing is blocking the rear grille covering the paddlewheel.
Check swim area water level and adjust if needed.
To remove the air trapped in the system, simply stop the paddlewheel by
depressing the STOP button. This will "burp" the air out of the SwimEx. Before
re-starting, make sure there is nothing blocking the rear grille, and be sure the
water is at the proper level.
