If there are some simple troubles of SKYARC ULTRA 3140 | ULTRA POWER | welding machines, you 

can consult the following overhauling chart:

Wrap,  repair  or  change  the  welding

Earth cable is not connected or loosen

Not  easy  to  start  arc  in  the
