storing.
• Any containers you use must be able to withstand 150 degrees
Centigrade for extended periods. Most metal or ceramic containers
will be fine. Some plastic trays may not be suitable for use with this
appliance. Check the label or information that came with the plastic
tray for temperature limits. .
• To keep the tray surface clean and protected from spills, you can
put a layer of paper kitchen towel on the surface before placing
containers of food on it. Don’t use tin foil to line the whole cooking
surface, as it interferes with the temperature control system.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Caution: Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the
mains power supply and has thoroughly cooled before cleaning
or storing.
• Clean the heating surface with a soft cloth moistened in a mild
detergent solution. Dry with paper kitchen towel.
• Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents or allow water to spill
or seep into the frame. Never immerse the tray, cord or plug in
water or any other liquid.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
