Position the mounting bracket on the junction box, insert the mounting bracket screw

through the mounting bracket hole into the center hole of the mounting strap and
tighten the mounting bracket screw to secure in place.

Re-attach the floodlight camera unit to the mounting bracket with the previously removed
mounting screw

. Then insert the screw cap firmly into the mounting screw hole.

It is recommended that silicone sealant (not supplied) be applied around the edge of the
mounting bracket (between the bracket and the surface) to prevent moisture from entering the
junction box.

Restore power at the circuit breaker/fuse box and allow the floodlight camera unit to power
up. This can take up to 2 minutes. During power-up, the floodlights will turn on for a brief
moment.
CAUTION:
Floodlights are extremely bright. To avoid possible damage to your eyes, do not
stare directly at the floodlights when they are on.

Once you hear the camera say “
Ready for pairing
” and the LED indicator starts blinking blue
slowly, proceed to the Swann Security app to set up the camera with your Wi-Fi network and
link it to your Swann Security account.
