Note: The Cupcake Maker cooks from the bottom mostly, so the base of the cupcake is likely to to

be a little more brown than the top. This is normal.

Once cooked, switch off and unplug the Cupcake Maker. Use a wooden or heatproof plastic

spatular to carefully remove the cupcakes to a wire tray for cooling. Wait until the cupcakes are

completely cooled before decorating with any icing etc.

If you have enough mixure left for another batch simply re-grease the plates, switch the machine

back on and follow the steps outlined above. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have enough mixture to

fill all the compartments with your second batch. The cooking time isn’t affected.

Your Cupcake Maker requires very little maintenance and is very easy to clean if you follow a few

simple precautions:

Always disconnect from the mains supply and allow to cool completely before cleaning or moving

the Cupcake Maker

Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid

Never use abrasive or strong chemical cleaners

Do not use metal utensils when removing cupcakes or cleaning as these will damage the non-

stick surface

After use clean the cooking area with a moist cloth and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel. The

outside of the cupcake maker can be cleaned in the same fashion.
