HOW TO USE

Before first use, remove all packaging.

Wash the trays and lids in warm soapy water (all dishwasher safe). 
Rinse and dry thoroughly. Re-fit to the base

Note: There will be a faint smell when using the buffet server for the 
first time but this is quite normal and will fade with use. This is caused 
by preserving oils evaporating.

WARNING: This appliance will get hot during use, please 
exercise extreme caution

.

•  Place the Buffet Server on a stable surface that can withstand 

temperatures of up to 60 degrees Centigrade for extended periods.

•  Plug the buffet server into the mains power supply and turn the 

temperature control to the mid position.

•  Place the prepared food into each of the warming pans and adjust 

the temperature to the desired heat. The indicator light will cycle On 
and Off whilst maintaining the correct temperature.

•  It is not recommended to keep this appliance On for more than 6-8 

hours at any one time as food bacteria could develop.

•  After use, unplug the appliance from the mains power supply and 

allow to cool thoroughly

•  Never attempt to move the Buffet Server or it’s trays while the 

appliance is still hot. To do so poses a significant scalding risk

How to use the warming plate without warming pans and frame

•  Place the warming tray on a stable, heat resistant surface.
•  Plug the buffet server into the mains power supply and turn the 

temperature control to the mid position.

•  The indicator light will illuminated red and will turn Off when the 

desired temperature is reached.
