HOW TO USE
BEFORE USE
Remove all packaging. Wash the dough hooks and beaters in warm, soapy
water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR MIXER
• Before assembling the mixer, be sure that the power cord is unplugged
and switch is in the OFF position
• The beaters are for mixing egg white or other liquid
• The dough hooks are for kneading dough etc
• The dough hooks are NOT identical. There is a left and right one and
they can only be inserted one way round. The dough hook with the
washer goes into the larger socket
• Turn the speed selector to one of the 5 settings. Pressing the TURBO
button will increase speed by about 10%
• MAX operation time is 5 minutes. This should be more than enough for
most operations. After 5 minutes running the unit should be rested for
20 minutes to cool.
• Warning
: Do not put fingers or any utensil near the dough hooks or
beaters during operation
