need a cross head screw driver.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem

Cause/Solution

The device does not work.

• 

Is the plug inserted in the socket correctly?

• 

Is the socket defective? Try another plug 
socket.

• 

Check the fuse of the mains connection.

• 

Has the overheating protection been acti-
vated? Let the device cool down for approx. 60 
minutes and then switch it on again using the 
On/Off switch.

The stain is not removed.

• 

The stain is too stubborn or too old. Treat 
the stain specifically with a carpet cleaning 
product.
