10.1. Instrument Errors
When this symbol is displayed at the top of the screen, the instru
-
ment has an error. Navigate to <Menu>/<Diagnostics>/<Alarms>/
<Pending errors> to see the error message.
Error Description Corrective action
E001 Bluetooth
– Check if the installed firmware version
supports data exchange with the CT App.
See Appendix: CT App, p. 55 for
requirements.
– Switch the instrument on and off and check
if the error disappears.
– Call support.
E002 IC ADC
– Call support.
– Send the instrument back to Swan.
E003 Factory data
– Call support.
– Send the instrument back to Swan.
E004 Invalid time
– Set time and date under <Menu>/
<Maintenance>/<Set Time>.
E017 Events erased
– This message informs that the measured
data have been deleted by calling the “Set
to factory defaults” function.
– No action necessary
