6.11.2 Replacing the Reaction Tube

Release SERTO fitting nuts [A].

Remove the sealing elements [B] from the reaction tube.

Pull reaction tube [C] out of the flow cell cover.

First slide one light protecting sleeve [D] over the new reaction
tube with the plain side facing towards the flow cell cover.

Then push the new reaction tube through the hole in the flow cell
cover and the bubble detector.

Finally slide the other light protecting sleeve with the rounded
side facing towards the flow cell cover over the reaction tube.
Note:
Extraneous light may distort the bubble measurement.
Therefore it is important that there is no gap between the light
protection sleeves and the flow cell cover respectively the bubble
sensor.

Push the sealing elements [B] over the reaction tube.

Push the reaction tube into the SERTO fittings.
9
Tighten the nuts of the SERTO fittings.
