3.7. Installing the Automatic Regeneration Option
Mechanical
installation

Stop the sample flow at the main tap.

Switch off the instrument.

Remove the elbow piece from the inlet of the flow cell and screw
in the enclosed T-piece [A].

Connect the adapter [B] to the T-piece [A].

Connect the ventilation tube [D] to the bottle holder of the auto
-
matic regeneration module.

Screw the automatic regeneration module to the panel using the
supplied screws (if necessary, unscrew the air filter [C] and screw
it back on at the attachment points further to the left).
7
Use tube 4 to connect the oulet of the bottle holder with the inlet
[E] of the 3-way valve.
8
Use tube 3 to connect the outlet [F] of the 3-way valve with the
inlet [G] of the flow cell.
Note:
The unused port of the 3-way valve must be sealed with a
blind plug.
