12.1.4 How to get IP information of your PC under Windows 7
Follow these steps to check the needed information under Windows 7 OS:
Step 1. Click on “Start” and select “Control panel”,
“Status and network tasks”.
Step 2. Select “Local connection”.
Step 3. Select “Details” in the pop up window.
Step 4. These are the needed values for the network setup:
IPv4 IP Address
IPv4 Subnet mask
IPv4 Gateway
IPv4 DNS server
