1. SAFETY PRECAUSIONS

Do not use your PC Camera in environment with high humidity, dust or high temperatures.
•
Do not use cleaning fluids based on oil, aggressive detergents, containing alcohol. This
may cause the damage of the surface. Clean the outside of the PC Camera with soft cloth.
•
Do not attempt to disassemble or repair your device. There are no serviceable parts inside.
Opening the device will cause the warranty to lapse.
•
Protect the device against powerful shocks and falls – they may damage the internal
electronics

4. TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem Reason Solution
Image is not clear. Does not set correct
optical focus.
Slightly turn on the ring on the objective
of the PC Camera.
No video device
in the system.
Connection failed. Check on that PC Camera connected to
the PC and the cable does not broken.
If none of the above mentioned solutions removes the problem, please refer to nearest
authorized service center for consultation by qualified specialist. Never try to repair the
device on your own.
