6. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The keyboard is not working.
Problems using the additional
shortcut keys.
Solution
1. Make sure that BIOS of your PC has USB controller settings
for default operation.
2. Disconnect the keyboard from the PC and check connector
pins for possible damage. If there is no external damage found
and connector pins are OK, reconnect the keyboard to the PC.
3. Address your nearest authorized service center.
We recommend that you address your nearest authorized
service center.
