Can you connect to your

with your Internet service provider
(ISP). Please ask network
administrator of your company.
Is SCAN certificate installed
correctly?
Is the login screen of SCAN
shown?
A certain problem is in a SCAN
system or your configuration of
Internet Explore is inappropriate.
Please contact SCAN administrator
with the message of your Internet
Explorer (a screen copy is the best).
Re-install the certificate and try to
access to SCAN again.
