5.3 Using Training Effect
Training Effect (TE) is a unique feature of Suunto t6d that measures the real effect of a
workout on your physical fitness. With Training Effect, you can be sure that your workouts
have the intended result.
There is a significant difference between heart rate zone (temporary training intensity)
and Training Effect (total load of a workout). In zone training, you try to keep your heart
rate at a certain level throughout the whole workout. With Training Effect you just need
to reach the desired target once during training.
