Mark Home

The Mark Home function is used for recording a location.
An open circle on the outer rim of the display points the
direction to the recorded location.

To record a location, Scroll to

Mark Home

In the Function

menu and short press

Enter

. Suunto G9 marks the home

position. The Mark Home position remains active until
you select a new position.

NOTE:

Suunto G9 will only mark the location when the

EPE (Estimated Position Error) is under 10 meters.

NOTE:

Mark Home function requires the use of the

GPS. If the GPS is initially off, the procedure will take
more time, as the GPS must get a fix first.
