Strap

frame and top of SUPs.
2. Thread end of
Strap
through buckle.
Pull strap
firmly
to secure.

Both cart and stand come
with Double Trouble
(Model #22-9935).
Caution: When closing the
Locking Pin, use the palm
of your hand to lock it into
place.
