of your hand to lock it into place.
Tools Needed: Phillips head screwdriver and
adjustable wrench
Step 1: Assemble Loop Frame to Wheel Base
Parts Needed:
4 Locking Pins, 2 Loop Frames
and 1 Wheel Base
Repeat for 2nd
Loop Frame.
