Surveon CAM5130
PTZ
The CAM5130 Speed Dome has built in pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) functionality, and is
able to quickly change the camera’s viewing angle to pursue action. The PTZ
menu
Settings> PTZ> PTZ Settings
allows configuration of PTZ functionality.
Pan/Tilt Control:
The directional buttons pan and tilt
the camera view in the direction pressed. The home
button at the center returns the camera to the default
startup position when clicked.
Optical Focus
: Clicking the
Near
button will move the
focus point nearer, while clicking on the
Far
button
will move the focus point farther. Clicking on
One Push
AF
will automatically dial in the correct focus for the
center point.
Optical Zoom
: Clicking the + button zooms in and
clicking the – button zooms out. The total
magnification is displayed in the box beside the
buttons.
Speed Adjustments:
Under the PTZ Settings menu, each of the following speeds can be set. There
are 3 options for each item:
Fast
,
Slow
, and
Normal
.

Pan Speed:
Determines the amount the camera will pan with each
press of the Pan/Tilt Control.
•
Tilt Speed:
Determines the amount the camera will tilt with each
press of the Pan/Tilt Control.
