Introduction
TheTRAC-Vault BT is an intelligent storage device that
holds multiple keys or access cards and completely
documents access and recent use.
These installation instructions are intended for the
TRAC-Vault BT Smart and TRAC-Vault BT devices. If you
choose an installation method other than the one described
in these instructions, Supra will not be responsible for
replacing the TRAC-Vault BT Smart or TRAC-Vault BT if it
is damaged or destroyed upon removal.

You can order an installation kit from Supra that contains all
the necessary hardware for installing the TRAC-Vault BT.
An interior cover plate is also available.
TRAC-Vault BT Smart Installation
Install the TRAC-Vault BT Smart and TRAC-Vault BT
in a location convenient for keyholders. To meet ADA
requirements, the unit must be installed 48 inches from
the ground to the center of the device.
Important:
— Only masonry installation is approved for LPS 1175
certification. Through-the-wall installation method was
not tested to LPS 1175: Issue 7 SR2.
— Use four HECO MMS-SS 10x100mm masonry screws
or equivalent screws to maintain the LPS1175 security
certification.
— Never install masonry screws into mortar.
— When mounting on a rendered wall, the maximum
distance between the back of the keysafe and the
masonry substrate must be 10 mm.
— Do not mount TRAC-Vault BT devices closer than 6” or
15cm to the corner of a masonry surface.
