Please make sure that the user name and password are 

correct.

Please, make sure that the distance between the device 

and the wireless router does not exceed the maximum 

(consider walls and floors).

Please re-connect WiFi.

5. System hang.

After installing some incompatible applications, the de-

vice may hang (stop responding).To turn off the unit in 

this case, press and hold down the power button for 

6 seconds or more.

6. Can not read the Tf card

Make sure that the TF card is working properly and is in-

serted into the device.

8. The device is slow.

This situation can occur if the device has several appli-

cations (tasks) simultaneously. Please stop and (or) un-

load from the memory applications are not necessary 

at moment.
