2-10 SATA Connections
SATA Connections
Ten SATA 3.0 connectors (I-SATA 0-5) and (S-
SATA 0-3) are located on the board. I-SATA 0-5
ports are supported by the AHCI controller and
are compatible with RAID 0, 1, 5, 10. S-SATA 0-3
ports are supported by the sSATA controller and
are compatible with RAID 0, 1, 5, 10. These Serial
Link connections provide faster data transmission
than legacy Parallel ATA. See the table on the
right for pin definitions.
