Advanced Processor Options
Access the submenu to make changes to the following settings.
CPU Speed
This is a display that indicates the speed of the installed processor.
Hyper-threading
This setting allows you to Enable or Disable the function of hyper-
t h r e a d i n g . E n a b l i n g h y p e r - t h r e a d i n g r e s u l t s i n i n c r e a s e d C P U
performance.
Machine Checking
This setting allows you to enable or disable Machine Checking. When set
to Enabled, the OS will debug the system during system reset after a
system crash. The options are Disabled or Enabled.
Adjacent Cache Line Prefetch
The CPU fetches the cache line for 64 bytes if this option is set to
Disabled. The CPU fetches both cache lines for 128 bytes as comprised
if Enabled. The options are Disabled and Enabled.
