The item, Mark as Spare, allows the user to set the selected NVMe device as a spare disk.
Use the arrow keys to select Mark as Spare and press <Enter>. The following screen will
appear. Options are
Yes
and No.
Note:
A spare disk is used for automatic RAID volume rebuilds when status of failed,
missing, or at risk was detected on the array disk. For RAID0 volumes, only status of
at risk will trigger automatic RAID volume rebuilds.
